Pantone Colour of 2018 is....

December 21, 2017

Every year Pantone announces the colour of the year and the colour for 2018 is Ultra Violet!

2017 Pantone colour was Greenery (you can see my post about that here- https://www.dequorandco.com/single-post/2016/12/18/Pantone-Colour-of-the-year-for-2017) which I absolutely loved and definitely seen trending lot in 2017. Pantone 2018 vibrant colour is a real change from the wedding colours we have been seeing over the past few years such as blush, champagne and gold. Although I do love the soft and more muted tones I am excited to see a bold rich colour back in wedding decor.

Ways you can use Ultra violet in your wedding designs

Your bridesmaid dresses. This is a beautiful colour to have your girls all dressed in. I think almost everyone looks good in this colour and can really suit any time of year as well.

Your Flowers. Look how gorgeous these arrangements are by local florist Wine Country Floral they incorporate this colour perfectly!

The Decor: My favorite part. You can have purple linens, napkins, vases, chair sashes, in your backdrop- your options are really endless!

So those are just a few examples of how you can incorporate this colour in your wedding designs. What do you think of the 2018 Pantone colour?
